These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of heaterlux.io (the "Site"), operated by Agile Tech, UAB, a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code 304691080) ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms.
1. What the Site is
The Site is our website for one product, HeaterLux, which we sell; it shows how to buy the product in your country. Nothing can be bought on the Site: the links to buy take you to our online shop, www.techfibrr.com. The Site is an advertising website: its descriptions, claims and images are our own presentation of the product.
2. Product information, prices and advice
Product details, offers, availability and prices on the Site may change and may depend on your country; the price, availability and conditions shown at the shop's checkout apply when you order. The Site does not give professional advice.
3. Buying the product
Any purchase takes place in our online shop, under the shop's own terms and privacy policy, which also cover payment, delivery and returns. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws; other companies' brand names and logos belong to their owners. You may view the Site, save or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and link to or share pages. Any other use, such as republishing content, needs our prior written permission unless the law allows it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes, try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the Site, collect content in bulk by automated means, or create artificial visits or clicks. If you do, we may block your access.
6. Messages to us
You can e-mail us about the product, an order from our shop or your personal data (Section 11).
7. Links, availability and liability
The Site links to our shop (Section 3) and may link to other websites. Websites run by others have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content. We provide the Site free of charge and cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, complete or up to date.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud or for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. In all other cases, we are not liable for loss or damage that we could not reasonably foresee when you used the Site, or that is caused by events that we could not control, foresee or prevent.

9. Changes
We may change or remove any part of the Site, and we may update these Terms, for example when the Site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version, which applies each time you use the Site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer protection law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim against us in the courts of Lithuania or of that country; we may bring a claim against you only in the courts of that country. If we cannot settle a dispute with you, you can refer it to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania, which resolves consumer disputes out of court.
